When you send a stay inquiry we collect your name, email address and travel dates — nothing more. We use them solely to answer you and arrange your stay.
We don't sell or share your data, we don't run third-party advertising trackers, and we don't add you to a mailing list without asking first.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by writing to us. Guest registration data required by Portuguese law (SEF/AIMA communication for non-EU guests) is kept only as long as legally required.
